Due to copyright laws, purchased DVDs in opened packages can only be exchanged for the identical item.
When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory
sealed product packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return
your unopened product within 14 days of receipt. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Returning your purchase to VEI is the responsibility of the buyer.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition,
with the original packing material, and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
If the purchase included a free gift, to qualify for a full refund, the free gift must also be returned.
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original
shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that
the product is defective.
Please contact us at email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 to 3 business days before an RMA is issued to you by return email.

VERY IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid for 7 days.
VEI does not engage in price protection or price match
VEI strives to offer the highest quality DVD and Blu-ray products possible.
While VEI produces video discs to the newest industry standards and methods, sometimes due to unanticipated circumstances, compatibility and/or playability, the DVD may affect your viewing experience if it not a Region 1 Payer.
It is also a known fact that on DVD-9’s (dual layered discs) you may experience a one or two second freeze from layer to layer viewing on certain DVD players. This is completely normal and not a disc flaw.
DVDs are laser-read media. Any scratches, dirt or fingerprints to the discs will definitely effect the playability and its long term performance. Therefore, always handle the DVD with great care. Dust and/or wear and tear to your player will also affect your viewing experience.
With regards to some classic televised shows, the quality of the audio and video footage supplied to us may not be of the highest standards that you expect from today’s DVD technology. You may also experience technical anomalies inherent in the historical video footage. VEI tries to ensure the best possible picture quality but is limited in its ability by the original/source that VEI receives from the studios.
Certain DVD players offer interactive features that may not be supported due to compatibility, network settings or other conditions.
If you are experiencing any playability issues with the DVDs, we would be happy to replace them “Free of Charge” provided certain conditions apply.
Please contact us by email explaining the issues you’re experiencing and we will send the replacement discs out to you. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive these by mail.
If we are back-ordered on those replacement discs we will notify you by email and send them out to you as soon as they become available. VEI cannot replace discs under normal wear and tear or mishandling.
Please note our DVDs are Region 1 Players.
