After former Navy Seal Lieutenant Commander Robert “Scandal” Jackson, Jr. is left for dead,

he is rescued and recruited by a privately-funded law enforcement organization known as COBRA. 

Directed by former FBI agent Dallas Cassell (James Tolkan of Top Gun and Back to the Future),

COBRA has only one goal – to help victims of crime that fell through the cracks of justice.

Assisted by Danielle LaPoint (Allison J. Hossack of Falcon Beach), Scandal uses his

martial arts skills and military expertise to help those in need.  Having been left for dead, Scandal’s only connection

with the past is the classic Cobra sports car he drives.
